‘Raising Ground’ is a natural urbanized landscape with new (housing) typologies who will fit Otaniemie in an outmost flexible way . A Livingscape with and in the Espoo nature without harming it, but even strengthen it.
So no large traditional orthogonal building blocks and houses scattered on the sloping Espoo surface to maximise gross floor area, but clear circular geometric topologies who nicely blend in with their surroundings.
